Trader AI Assistant is an AI-powered planning and analysis tool for reviewing trade ideas. It provides structured outputs such as entry zones, invalidation levels, and trade filters.
3) No Financial Advice / No Signals
The service is not a signal service and does not provide financial advice. Outputs are informational only. You make all trading decisions.
4) User Responsibility and Risk
Trading involves risk. You are solely responsible for your trades, losses, and results. There are no guarantees of profit or outcome.
5) Payment and Access Terms
The service is a one-time payment for a 24-hour access window and up to 20 analyses. There is no subscription and no free plan.
6) Refunds

7) Intellectual Property
The service, content, and software are owned by Trader AI Assistant and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute the service.
8) Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, automate excessive requests, or use it for unlawful purposes.
9) Limitation of Liability
Trader AI Assistant is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, or any indirect damages arising from use of the service.
10) Service Availability and Modifications
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the service at any time.
11) Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the service provider, without regard to conflict of law principles.
