We keep the price low by limiting refunds after usage. Please review the rules below before purchasing.
Refund rules
- Refund requests must be made within 2 hours of purchase.
- Refunds are available only if fewer than 3 analyses were used.
- Duplicate charges are always refunded.
Non-refundable cases
- No refunds for dissatisfaction with results.
- No refunds for trading losses.
- No refunds after the time or usage limits are exceeded.
Service availability and abuse protection
- If the tool is unavailable for 30+ minutes, access may be extended or refunded.
- Refunds can be denied if abuse or repeated refund patterns are detected.
